Program Information
The program meets periodically throughout the year, both in online meetings and in person in Montreuil, just outside of Paris. Accommodation and transportation are easily accesible and more information will be provided if accepted into the program. The first in person meeting includes a presentation of JH Engström and Margot Wallard’s work, as well as a short presentation from each of the participants. The second in person meeting includes a group presentation of work accomplished since the first meeting as well as critique and direction for the continuation of the projects. The third and final in person meeting comprises of the finalization and realization of works created during the year and the proposal for the continuation of certain projects. In between the three in person meetings, online meetings are conducted monthly.
Breakfast and lunch is offered each day of the in person meetings, and the first evening includes dinner and drinks at a restaurant.
PRICE : 3900 Euros
This price does not include production, travel, or accommodation for the meetings. A 50% deposit by bank transfer is required once you have been accepted to the Atelier Smedsby workshop, and the remaining 50% one week before the start of the workshop.
